Mr. Vargas is a Certified Close Quarter Combatives Instructor, holding teaching credentials through various organizations.  Presently, he holds instructorship in Military Unarmed Combat under Gus Michalik of the Black Arts Society, in addition to an instructorship in Pro-Systems Combatives under Joseph Truncale, and instructorship in the I.T.M.I. Close Combat System under  Gilberto Pauciullo. Mr. Vargas is also a certified Krav Maga instructor and U.S. representative for the International Kapap Krav Maga Association and enjoys official recognition as a Krav Maga instructor under the esteemed Chuck Norris’ United Fighting Arts Federation. Mr. Vargas has delivered combatives training to specialized units, including the Virginia Defense Force, as well as numerous individuals from various military branches and high-risk vocations.
